At Fresno Ag Hardware, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a hassle-free return process. We stand behind the quality of our products, and our comprehensive return policy is outlined below for both in-store and online purchases.
In-Store Return Policy
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories included with the purchase.
- Returns made within 30 days are eligible for a full refund in the original payment method.
- Returns made after 30 days will be issued as store credit with no expiration date.

In-Store Return Policy
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories included with the purchase.
- Returns made within 30 days are eligible for a full refund in the original payment method.
- Returns made after 30 days will be issued as store credit with no expiration date.
- No returns will be accepted after six months from the purchase date. (Effective after 11/1/2024)
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. (e.g., Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same card).
- Refunds for purchases made by check will be processed a minimum of 10 days from the purchase date.
- Opened merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Certain items, including ammunition, propane, labor charges, delivery fees, custom-cut materials, gift cards, and other in-store designated items, are not eligible for return.
- Clearance and closeout items are final sale.
- Paint returns may be limited at our discretion if fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Power tools, appliances, grills, and similar items are returnable only according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Clothing items that have been washed or lack original tags are non-returnable.
- Boots and shoes must show no signs of wear and must include all original packaging and tags.
- Delivered items may incur a pickup fee upon return.
- Fresno Ag Hardware reserves the right to refuse any return at its discretion.
Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment Return Policy
- Gas-powered outdoor equipment (including items like tillers, mowers, blowers, and chainsaws) can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in like-new condition and unused. Equipment with fuel added, even if drained, cannot be returned. If defective, please refer to the authorized service center listed in the owner’s manual or contact Customer Service at 1-866-290-5334 for service center locations.
Fresno Ag Hardware reserves the right to refuse returns or impose additional conditions if policy requirements are not met.
Online Policies
Order Cancellation
- Orders for standard stock items can be canceled at any time before pickup or delivery.
- Non-stock, custom, or special orders must be prepaid and may be non-cancelable or subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please inquire at the time of purchase.
Online Returns
- Standard stocking items purchased online can be returned within 30 business days from the invoice date.
- A proof of purchase from Fresno Ag Hardware is required for all returns.
- The same policies as in-store returns apply to online orders.
- Approved returns will be refunded the full amount, minus any shipping and handling fees.
- Returns that require testing or verification may experience a delay in credit processing.
- Orders placed through Acehardware.com will follow the policies outlined here.

- Fresno Ag Hardware offers free delivery within a 10-mile radius of the store for orders over $100. For deliveries beyond this range, please contact us at 559-224-6441 or service@fresnoag.com. UPS delivery is also available; please inquire about shipping details prior to placing your online order.
Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, and Damages
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Fresno Ag Hardware within two business days of delivery to file a claim.

- Customers with in-house accounts may charge purchases to their accounts. Guests can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online orders.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. (e.g., Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same card).

- Returns within 30 days are eligible for cash back
- Returns after 30 days will be issued a non-expiring store-credit only
- No returns will be accepted after 6 months, no exceptions
- Credit will be issued in the same manner of purchase
*i.e. A purchase with a credit card will be refunded on the same credit card
- Purchases made by check will be refunded a minimum of 10 days from the purchase date
- Opened merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee
- Ammunition, propane, labor charges, delivery charges, items cut to length, gift cards and other items designated in store are not eligible for returns

- We reserve the right to limit paint returns at our discretion in the event of suspected fraud or abuse
- Power tools, appliances, grills, and other items may only be returned subject to the manufacturer’s warranty
- Clothing that has been washed and/or has no original tags cannot be returned
- Boots and shoes must not show any signs of wear and have all original packaging and tags
- Items that have been delivered may be subject to a Pickup Fee
- Fresno Ag Hardware reserves the right to refuse any return
Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment Return Policy
- Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment (such as tillers, edgers, mowers, string trimmers, blowers, tractors, generators, chainsaws, snow blowers, as well as all other gas-powered equipment) may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, with original receipt, provided that it is in like-new condition. Such equipment MAY NOT be returned once gas, oil or fuel has been put in it, even if the equipment has been drained of these materials. However, please note that if your Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment is defective or is not functioning properly, its service and warranty issues will be handled through the authorized service center. Authorized service center information can be found in the owner’s manual or contact Customer Service at 1-866-290-5334 to obtain location information for service centers.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges or impose different or additional changes if the above conditions are not met.
Note: continued and appropriate maintenance and use of your equipment is required to ensure manufacturer’s specified warranty is not voided.
Online Policies

- If the return is authorized, you will be refunded the full amount, less any shipping and handling fees
- If returned merchandise requires testing or verification of operation, then credit may be delayed until complete

Delivery/Shipping Policy
Fresno Ag Hardware can deliver to local Fresno area job sites up to 10 miles from the store for FREE if the purchase is more than $100. For deliveries outside of that range, please call 559-224-6441 or email us at service@Fresnoag.com. UPS delivery is also available for shipping. Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about delivery & shipping availability.
Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, Damages due to Shipping/Delivery
If you receive an order that arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact Fresno Ag Hardware immediately upon receiving the delivery. Claims must be made within two business days
