Father’s Day Contest Rules
- Contestants must be 18 yrs or older to enter at the start of the contest.
- Only one entry per email and/or phone number. Multiple entries containing either or will only be counted as one entry.
- Entries can be made online at https://fresnoag.com/fathers-day-contest or at the store during business hours. One(1) winner will be drawn from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
- Winner will be drawn on Father’s Day, June 18th 2017. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone provided on entry.
- Contest open to all persons excluding any current employees, persons employed by Fresno Ag Hardware within the last 60 days of start of contest, members of companies related to Fresno Ag Hardware or it’s advertising agencies, any sponsor(s) or promotional partner(s) of the contest, and any family member(s) related to the parties previously mentioned.
- Only contestants that have not won a Fresno Ag Hardware contest within the last 90 days are eligible for entry into contest.
- All tax and other liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. No purchase is necessary for entry. Any prize or certificate not claimed within 30 days of winning will be forfeited by the winner.
- Winner agrees to release Fresno Ag Hardware, their officers, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims relating to the prize or contest prior to acceptance of the prize.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Fresno Ag Hardware has the sole discretion to terminate the contest at any given time, change the rules of, or extend the dates of the contest upon notice.
- Fresno Ag Hardware reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of greater or equal value and requires contest winner to sign a publicity and liability release form.
