This promotion is open to all customers who visit Fresno Ag Hardware during the specified dates and comply with the entry requirements.

This promotion is valid only at Fresno Ag Hardware during the Fresno Ag Anniversary Bucket Sale on June 28-30, 2024. The discount applies to all eligible items that fit entirely in the 5-gallon bucket. Items must fit completely inside the bucket to receive a discount. Not valid on prior purchases or on the following major categories/brands plus those detailed at sale/ discounted items, rentals, services, gift cards, building materials, power tools/equipment, water heaters, grills, Benjamin Moore®, Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines® paint and other items designated in the store.

Traeger 780 Grill Giveaway Contest Rules: 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Winners must be local to receive the prize. Employees of Fresno Ag Hardware, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant (“You”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Fresno Ag Hardware, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted from June 28, 2024, to June 30, 2024. All entries must be submitted by June 30, 2024, 11:59 PM PST.

4. How to Enter: Entry into the giveaway requires visiting Fresno Ag Hardware during the Fresno Ag Anniversary Bucket Sale, scanning the provided QR code, and completing the online entry form. Each entrant must provide all required information. Limit one entry per person. Entries that do not adhere to these rules or specifications may be disqualified.

5. Prizes: The Winner of the giveaway will receive a Traeger Pro780 Grill in the color black, donated by Midwest Fasteners and valued at approximately $1,000. In addition, there will be secondary prizes including a pair of four (4) San Francisco Giants versus Oakland Athletics tickets.

The specifics of the prizes are at the sole discretion of Fresno Ag Hardware. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the discretion of Fresno Ag Hardware.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: A winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Fresno Ag Hardware. The winner will be notified via email within ten (10) business days following the winner selection. Fresno Ag Hardware shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Terms & Conditions: Fresno Ag Hardware reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, Fresno Ag Hardware may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Fresno Ag Hardware.

Fresno Ag Hardware reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Official Rules.

8. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Fresno Ag Hardware and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any giveaway-related activity.

9. Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Fresno Ag Hardware in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.

10. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Fresno Ag Hardware website.
